We´ll visit a colonial city in Patzcuaro Michoacan. We´ll tour the city by a small train and then board a water taxi to the island of Janitzio where you can eat tipical Mexican food and buy local crafts.

If you desire, we can also visit old colonial churches in the city. The trip takes 3 hours one -way.

Patzcuaro is in the mountains and quite a bit cooler than Zihuatanejo. I recommend you bring along some pants and a light sweater. The price includes all transportation including the train, and the water taxi.
